At Bluebird Psychiatric Care, we provide thoughtful, compassionate mental health care for children, teens, and adults. Our goal is to help each person find balance, resilience, and lasting wellness through individualized, evidence-based treatment.

Our approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and partnership — creating a safe space where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered on their journey toward mental wellness.

  • Every client begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation (60–90 minutes). Together, we’ll explore your history, current challenges, and goals for care to create a plan that feels tailored and sustainable.

  • Follow-up visits provide medication management, progress tracking, and time to address stressors or side effects. Appointments are flexible — shorter check-ins for stability or extended sessions when more support is needed.

  • I provide psychoeducation, coping strategies, and individualized guidance to supplement therapy — not replace it. Many clients see the strongest and most lasting improvements when medication and therapy work together, and I’m happy to coordinate referrals so your care feels connected and supportive.

  • I am actively completing insurance credentialing. Until panels are approved, I am considered out-of-network but provide superbills for possible reimbursement. Many clients use Reimbursify to simplify this process (first claim free, then a small fee).
