  • Medicaid plans include:

All other appointments are currently self-pay.

Out of Network

  • BCBS Medicaid (CCHA)

  • Denver Health Medicaid Choice

  • Kaiser Permanente.

  • Bluebird Psychiatric Care is not a Medicare-enrolled provider. Patients with Medicare coverage may still be seen on a self-pay basis at the full appointment rate. Unfortunately, superbills cannot be reimbursed by Medicare due to federal billing restrictions.

Self-Pay Rates

  • Initial Evaluation (60–75 minutes): $325

  • Follow-Up (30 minutes): $175

  • Extended or Complex Follow-Up (45–60 minutes): $350–$400

These rates apply for all self-pay appointments, including Medicare-covered patients.
